Commemorative stamps of the World Congress for Leisure Time and Recreation held by Nazi Germany in Hamburg. This congress awakened great interest in Japan, and gave its development to the Japanese recreational movement. However, it is not possible to imitate the German model consistently nor to develop into an autonomous Japanese direction.
