Ivory Coast - 1914 - selection of postage due stamps

West coast of Africa, bordering on Gulf of Guinea. The former French colony of Ivory Coast became part of French West Africa and used its stamps, starting in 1945. On December 4, 1958, Ivory Coast became a republic, with full independence on August 7, 1960.
