Italy - "Ginnici"

Series of 3 stamps issued by the Italian Republic on May 18, 1951 to commemorate the Feasts and International Gymnastics Competitions held in Florence. 

This event was divided into team competitions with the participation of over 4,000 gymnasts, military competitions, tournaments of nations and Olympic representations. 

More than 25 nations participated in the event including Japan, Russia and U.S.A.
